INSTRUCTIONS
This is for Non-North Carolina based teams ONLY
VERY IMPORTANT:
If you already have a NCASA account
Login with your USERNAME,
not your email.

If you have ever created an account in the NCASA registration system in the past,
PLEASE DO NOT create another account.

We will reset your USERNAME and/or PASSWORD.
Duplicate Accounts create problematic issues for players, leagues, tournaments and NCASA.

We recommend using a Laptop computer and accessing the rostering link with Google Chrome.
This system is NOT compatible with Safari.
A smartphone may be used, but photos must be cropped before uploading.
There is no fee required to build the roster, but any player that is NOT currently registered under their state association or USASA and who does not have a current, valid player pass to upload will need to purchase the $15 Tournament Only Pass (or you may purchase the $30 Annual Pass if playing in more than one tournament before 12/31/22) before proceeding with rostering.
NOTE: Player pass must include picture, birthday and expiration date and be valid over Labor Day weekend to be verifiable. Special Note for NCASA registered player rostering to non-NC Team, no need to upload player pass, upload photo ID in second box if you haven't already done so.
ALL PLAYERS AND CAPTAINS WILL BE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD A PROPER PLAYER HEADSHOT PHOTO DURING THE ROSTERING PROCESS. THIS HEADSHOT WILL APPEAR ON THE PICTURE ROSTER.
A PROPER PLAYER PHOTO is a clear and in focus frontward facial headshot only. NO profile shots, NO full body pics, NO sunglasses and NO hats.
This is easier to do from a computer but may also be done on a smartphone.
PHOTO UPLOAD and EDITING INSTRUCTIONS: To upload your photo click on the PHOTO ICON then click CHOOSE FILE. Then use the edit tools to crop your photo to a frontward facing headshot. Once you have your player photo edited click UPLOAD IMAGE.
PLEASE NOTE: You will not be able to change or edit your photo after clicking UPLOAD IMAGE. If you have any issues with your photo upload or cropping, please contact ncasa2@ncsoccer.org.
IMPORTANT - If it is not a proper player picture, you will be removed from the roster.
IN ADDITION, ALL REGISTERED PLAYERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO UPLOAD A CURRENT, VALID, STATE / USASA ISSUED PLAYER PASS. The player pass must include player photo, birthday, and expiration date beyond Labor Day weekend to be considered valid. If you have any issues, contact your league or state association directly to get a PDF of your player pass/credentials emailed to you.
IMPORTANT TIP: During the rostering process upload the player photo in the first photo icon box and valid player pass in the second photo icon box!
CAPTAINS
When rostering, Captains will check the box for Head Coach under Choose Team Roles. If the Captain is also a player, they will also check the box for Player in addition to the box for Head Coach.
IMPORTANT: This will allow the captain to log under back in to view their roster and make edits until rosters are frozen on AUGUST 28th.
PLAYERS
1. CURRENT OUT OF STATE REGISTERED PLAYERS:
If you are currently registered under your state association or USASA you can roster to your tournament team for free.
A) If you have rostered to a NCASA team in the past log in with your existing Username and Password. If you need assistance with your Username or Password, please email ncasa2@ncsoccer.org. Please do not create a duplicate account. Once your log in your information should populate. Go to step-by-step instructions below.
B) If you have NEVER rostered in the NCASA system in the past, you will CREATE an account. Input your information and upload a PROPER player photo in the First Photo Box AND player pass with picture, birthday and expiration date in the Second Photo Box.

2. UNREGISTERED PLAYERS:
If you are not registered with a state or USASA association you will need to purchase a Beer City Cup tournament only pass for $15 (or you may purchase an Annual Pass for $30 if you will be playing in more than one tournament before 12/31/22)
FIRST STEP:
Click here to purchase your TOURNAMENT ONLY PASS (only for unregistered players)
Choose Beer City Cup in the drop-down menu
OR
Click here to purchase your ANNUAL PASS (only for unregistered players)
Choose Annual Pass in the drop-down menu
The Annual Pass will cover your player registration fee for all USASA sanctioned tournaments across the entire United States (including the following tournaments) until 12/31/22.
USASA Adult Soccer Fest 11v11, Chattanooga TN, July 13 - 17
Queen City Cup 11v11, Charlotte NC, August 7 & 8
Beer City Cup 8v8, Asheville NC, September 3 & 4, Labor Day weekend
Celebrate the Tatas 8v8, Huntersville NC, October (weekend TBD) Women's tournament
Carolinas Cup 11v11, Winston-Salem NC, December 3 & 4
Use your existing NCASA Username and Password (contact ncasa2@ncsoccer.org for assistance if you have forgotten yours, Do Not Create a new account).
If you have never rostered through NCASA you will need to Create an Account
Input your Information (NOTE: passwords must have a MINIMUM of 8 characters, including one UPPER case letter, one lower case letter and one special character)
Next, check the box for PLAYER only
Input any missing information and upload a PROPER player photo in the First Photo Icon Box AND your driver's license or other form of photo ID verifying your age in the Second Photo Icon Box. You will be prompted to pay for the $15 tournament only player pass or $30 for the Annual Pass if you choose that instead.
SECOND STEP:
Return to this page to add yourself to the roster by scrolling down below to the STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR ROSTERING And clicking the link to roster to your team, using the Account Username & Password you just created, click Add Self to Team, then click the Player Box and your information will populate. Continuing by following the step-by-step instructions for Rostering below.
ALL ROSTERS will be verified using the uploaded state, USASA issued player passes or purchased Tournament Only passes and proper photos for all players.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR ROSTERING:

Players who ALREADY have a NCASA account:
Click LOGIN WITH USERNAME
Don't click Login with Email
1) Log in with your existing NCASA Username & Password
contact ncasa2@ncsoccer.org for Username and/or Password resets
2) Select your Team Name from the second drop down list on the left
3) Click Add Self to Team then go to STEP 4 below.
Players who have NEVER had a NCASA account:
Click CREATE ACCOUNT
1) Create An Account ONLY if this is your FIRST time using the NCASA registration system.
(NOTE: passwords must have a MINIMUM of 8 characters, including one UPPER
case letter, one lower case letter and one special character)
2) Select your Team Name from the second drop down list on the left
3) Input your Information, click Save & Continue, then click Add Self to Team
4) For team role, check the Player Box.
If you are a captain, click the Head Coach Box.
If you are a player and a captain, click BOTH boxes
5a). RETURNING PLAYERS information will populate, click the photo button and your player photo will appear, please upload any missing information including your current, valid state/USASA issued player pass. The player pass must include player photo and expiration date after Labor Day Weekend to be considered valid. If you have any issues, contact your league or state association directly to get a PDF of your player pass/credentials emailed to you.
Special Note for NCASA registered player rostering to non-NC Team, no need to upload player pass, upload photo ID in second box if you haven't already done so.
5b) NEW PLAYERS will input any missing information and upload player photo (selfie/passport style) in the first photo box and your valid state/USASA issued player pass in the second photo box. See note about player pass in step #5a above.
If you just purchased a Tournament Only Pass, your driver's license or other form of government issued photo ID (to verify age) should be in the second box.
6) Click Save at the bottom of the page
7) Next page click Continue, green button
8) Select the checkbox for all Waivers and click Agree & Continue
9) You are now on the Payment window.
10) You will have NOT have a fee due, just click No Payment Due, Continue.
11) You will see a "Congratulations" letting you know that you have made it onto the roster.
